Myth, Legends and Tale Tales: I think doing fractured fairy tales would be a fun and creative way to have students do Digital Storytelling. You could have a mix and match using random choices to pair up the students and the fairy tales.
Docuramas: Documenting life experiences would a fun way to learn about a family history. Biographies would also be an creative and fun story.
Describes and Conclude: Learning the story elements and retelling could be done using digital storytelling. The students could also recreate characters for their projects.
Advertising or Service Announcements: Digital Storytelling could be used to meet core standards of persuasive writing by creating ads or announcements. It could be a fun way to show creativity and meet the Core!
